China Grill offers innovative sushi as well as a menu featuring Asian-influenced world cuisine consisting of 40 dishes, each dramatically presented and artistically prepared. Taste the "Classics" such as Tempura Sashimi with hot mustard champagne sauce; Lobster Pancakes with red chili coconut sauce; Lamb Spareribs with a plum and sesame glaze; Grilled Szechuan Beef with sake, soy, spicy shallots and cilantro; and Barbecued Salmon with Chinese mustard sauce, stir-fried greens. Or try some newly introduced stand-outs like Spiced Crispy Pork Belly, Moroccan Lamb Ossobuco and more! 

Chef Brian Barry · Executive Chef

Born and raised in San Francisco, Brian Barry was greatly influenced by the cuisines surrounding him including the farm-to-table cooking movement. Making his way across the US to immerse himself in the culinary arts, Barry's travels have taken him to some of the most innovative gastronomic cities, and his hard work provided opportunities to cook at premier restaurants under renowned chefs including: Tom Colicchio's Gramercy Tavern, Le Bernardin under Chef Eric Rippert, Michael Meena's Aqua, and in Scottsdale, Arizona at Aaron May's restaurants Iruña and Mabel's on Main. Barry now calls Florida home, where he is the executive chef of China Grill at the Hilton Fort Lauderdale Marina. Chef Barry believes in attention to detail in all aspects of cooking while working together as a team to accomplish exquisite cuisine. Enjoying the Floridian life, Barry loves to prepare local seafood because of its delicacy and the precision required to execute it perfectly.
