East Meets West host Ming Tsai prides himself on fusing together complete opposites. Bringing together the traditional Chinese tapas lunch of Dim Sum with the American 1970’s Disco dance craze, Tsai is teaming up with Red Farm Kitchen’s Joe Ng to host Delta presents Dim Sum & Disco Brunch at China Grill. The “super freaks” will welcome some of the city’s best Asian fusion culinary talents alongside tantalizing drinks. Pull out that polyester jumpsuit and get ready to survive a Disco Inferno. Participating chefs and restaurants include: Chef Bradley Day - China Grill; Chef Jijie Hong-Shanghai Cuisine; Susur Lee - Shang Restaurant; Chef Zak Pelaccio - Fatty 'Cue; Chef Kazu Hashimoto-Tanuki Tavern and Chef Robert Tobin-Asia de Cuba.
